The Home - made Revival

Meet Gabriela

A REBELLION BORN THROUGH THE REMEMBRANCE OF HOMEMAKING AND HOMEKEEPING.

Mother, Founder, Herbalist, and Birth Keeper

I was born into resistance.

The daughter of an activist and a refugee.

My lineage runs through women who healed with herbs, prayed over their food, and turned their homes into sanctuaries of strength.

For years, I lived far from that inheritance.

I worked on Wall Street, chasing a version of success that hollowed me out. I over-consumed and undernourished myself in every way. Eventually, my body and spirit told the truth: I was unwell. So I did something radical... I walked away from everything and returned to the jungle Alone.

Nature remembered me before I remembered myself. Indigenous elders taught me what my blood already knew: the body heals when we stop interrupting it. Food is medicine. The home is the true temple.

Motherhood completed the remembering. I freebirthed my babies at home, with nothing but faith, candlelight, and my husband’s steady hands, and stepped into the ancient role women have always carried: keepers of life.

Now as a wife, mother, birth keeper, herbalist, and wellness educator, I teach what I live:

  • Simplicity works.

  • Sovereignty begins in our kitchens, not as nostalgia, but as a modern revolution.

  • And women hold the medicine of the home.

THE FOUR PILLARS OF OUR BELIEFS

A person is performing a yoga pose, bent forward with one hand on the ground, wearing a brown tank top and black pants.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s intelligent, ancient, and self-correcting.

Our work is to stop interfering, remove what burdens it, and support it with simple, grounded and intentional practices.

The Body Is Built to Heal

Your home is not “just a house.” It’s a nervous-system, a sanctuary, a teacher.
When we return to homemaking and homekeeping, we return to regulation, beauty, rhythm, and truth.

The Home Shapes the Human

Motherhood is not a disorder to medicate.

It’s a rite of passage, a stretching, a remembering, a baptism into deeper instinct.
We honor the woman rising, not the culture that pathologizes her.

Motherhood Is an Initiation, Not a Diagnosis

Healing is built on the basics: real food, mineral-rich water, sunlight, and love, the original medicine.

We don’t need more products; we need fewer obstacles.

Strip the noise, release toxicity, return to nature, and let the body do what it was designed to do.

Simplicity Is the Revolution
